CAMPUS PLAN 2035
The purpose of the Oakland University Campus Plan is to shape a physical framework to achieve the University’s Strategic Vision and objectives. Through focused discovery and collaboration with the campus community, the Campus Plan will help differentiate the University and recognize it as a distinctive institution and destination - with outstanding academic programs, a vibrant campus life, and unique sense of place.
The Campus Plan will be developed in the context of Oakland University as a 21st century university including stewardship for sustainability and carbon reduction on campus. Moreover, the Campus Plan will provide a basis for coordinating physical and programmatic development decisions, providing a framework for long and short-term planning that is clear and flexible – responding to changing needs and conditions.
